James is an experienced public accountant and business consultant, specialized in tax planning & compliance in both USA and China. Before joining Deloitte, James worked with WeiserMazars for 6 years and UHY for 3 years. He also had extensive field work experience within China by building local sales team for Nestle. James is a member of the NY State of CPAs (NYSSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), he was a member of the International Tax Committee of the NYSSCPA from 2009 to 2011. James was one of the pioneers who passed all sections of the challenging Chinese CPA exams and is an inactive member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA). James held MS in Taxation, MBA in Finance & Marketing from Fordham University, New York; MS in Accounting (CPA Major), MS in Accounting Information System from Pace University, New York; BA in Information Management from Peking University, Beijing.
