Han XIAO graduated from Guanghua School of Management in Peking University with a bachelor degree (2001-2005). After working for Baidua and Deloitte, he devoted himself in social investment business and supported Liechtenstein royal family in developing LGT Venture Philanthropy under LGT Group in China. He has also worked in Africa as the Corporate Finance Director volunteer in one of LGT’s social business incubator and was in charge of the establishment of the first social investment fund there. Later on, he founded Lanshan Social Investment, the first social private equity and M&A fund in China region to support growth and mature stage enterprises that create positive impact in environment, sustainable agriculture, affordable medical care and people livelihood consumer products industry. Lanshan dedicates to find sustainable and large-scale market based solutions towards social issues in China region, to benefit society and the bottom of the pyramid.
