Speaker: Han XIAO (肖晗), Founder and President of Lanshan Social Investment, PKU '01-'05

Han XIAO graduated from Guanghua School of Management in Peking University with a bachelor degree (2001-2005). After working for Baidua and Deloitte, he devoted himself in social investment business and supported Liechtenstein royal family in developing LGT Venture Philanthropy under LGT Group in China. He has also worked in Africa as the Corporate Finance Director volunteer in one of LGT’s social business incubator and was in charge of the establishment of the first social investment fund there. Later on, he founded Lanshan Social Investment, the first social private equity and M&A fund in China region to support growth and mature stage enterprises that create positive impact in environment, sustainable agriculture, affordable medical care and people livelihood consumer products industry. Lanshan dedicates to find sustainable and large-scale market based solutions towards social issues in China region, to benefit society and the bottom of the pyramid.

肖晗毕业于北京大学光华管理学院（2001-2005），曾先后在百度、德勤任职。而后，肖晗先生投身于公益投资并协助列支敦士登皇室家族负责开展其LGT集团的社会直投基金在中国的业务，其间完成了大量社会型企业项目的筛选和多个项目的投资工作。他也曾在LGT投资的非洲社会企业孵化器中担任企业投融资总监志愿者，负责非洲第一支社会投资基金的成立。肖晗先生创立的岚山社会基金是中国本土首只民生公益性的私募股权和并购基金，投资领域包括环保、可持续农业、低成本医疗和民生消费行业，投资对象为对环境和社会有积极影响的成长期、成熟期的中国企业。该基金旨在助力可持续性、成规模解决社会问题、为低收入人群和弱势群体服务的商业模式。
