Beida Monthly on 9/30/12: Mid-Autumn Change-a-Life Hike/Bike/Walk with CCPF and Friends

Following the tradition we started last year, in the coming season of fall foliage, PKUAGGNY members are going hiking again! Last year we had the great pleasure of Tsinghua and USTC alumni joining the hike we organized. This year we are joining a very special hike/bike/walk organized by CCPF (The Children of China Pediatrics Foundation) and inviting more alumni, professional and student groups to join us, including but not limited to, Fudan, Nankai, SCUT, SHUFE, SJTU, SYSU, Tongji, Tsinghua, TJU, USTC, WHU, ZJU, ZJGSU, ACAP, CAST, CIAI, CSSANY, CUASIA, CUCSSA, NJCCPS and NYUCSSA.

To know about CCPF, you may visit http://chinapediatrics.org and will also get to meet some CCPF doctors at the hike and listen to their stories. One of them will be Dr. David Roye, CCPF's Medical Director and Chairman, a renowned orthopaedic surgeon and winner of the 2009 Humanitarian Award given by the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
